1998-2001, as the Huawei broadband network senior R&D engineer. Successfully lead the team to iron out All IP network solution planning & development.

2002-2005, as Huawei global access solution director, lead the pre-sales team in successfully breakthrough European market and Latin American market, No.1 market share in the IP DSLAM and No.2 in access network. Key solution architect for Huawei Triple-Play E2E solution and operator broadband business model.

2006-2007, as Huawei Asia Pacific fixed network pre-sales director, lead the pre-sales team in successfully securing No. 1 market share in the region by securing SingTel NGN project, Thailand NGN & Triple play project, Vietnam broadband project, India broadband project, etc.

2008, as Huawei Southern Pacific region technical sales VP, lead the pre-sales team in successfully securing key project include Malaysia Maxis 3G project, Australia Optus 3G project, VHA project, Telkom broadband project, Bangladesh GP project, Singapore NGNBN, Malaysia TM HSBB, Brunei NBN, etc.

2011, as Huawei enterprise business group global solution sales president, lead the pre-sales solution team in the entire enterprise business region.
